Lamp module showing offline on NorthStar Connect application
If the lamp module does not have power it will show as offline on the NorthStar Connect application. Make sure that the lamp module is plugged in, and that the outlet is working properly before completing the following steps.
Go to the alarm panel, and select the automation button.
Make sure that the lamp module can be controlled from the alarm panel by turning it off and on from the panel.
If the lamp module is not being displayed on the alarm panel, make sure that it is within 25 feet of the alarm panel. If it is not within 25 feet of the panel, you will need to move it closer to ensure proper communication with the alarm panel. Once the lamp module is within 25 feet of the panel and it is still not functioning, you may need to add it to the alarm panel again.
